Stingers Korfball Club

Another week of mixed fortunes this week.

Stingers 2 didn’t start off well against Dragons 2, going 3-0 down within the first 10 minutes. However, they managed to battle away to finally win 6-5.

I don’t know what happened with Stingers 1, but after a fairly even first 5 minutes or so against Ice 2 the floodgates opened and Stingers 1 were 6-0 down at half time. It didn’t start well in the second half either, with it looking likely that Stingers could finish the game goalless. However, Keith finally got us going and in the end we managed to score a few more but not quite enough to give us a point – finishing 7-3 to Ice 2.
